Ok im a first time rabbit owner still trying to adjust to all of its needs but i just notice that he has a "lump" or "bump" on his lip, its this something i should be worrying about?

Lumps or Bumps are mostly unusual and it’s advisable to take your rabbit to a vet ASAP.

Here are some diagnostics you can do

There is a possibility of ringworm; ringworm is actually a fungus not a worm. Ringworms cause sores in head area especially on lips. Ringworm also causes hairless spots on body, ears and the head. Ringworm in rabbits are contagious and need to be treated ASAP, there is even a possibility of ringworm spreading to human.

Bumps on rabbit faces can also be caused by tumours, cysts, abscesses. All the 3 mentioned are dangerous and require immediate treatment.
